Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kang is an American technology executive with more than 16 years of experience leading global enterprise technology application implementations. Mr. Kang has been Six Dimensions’ Chief Executive Officer since founding Six Dimensions in 2004.
An innovative technology entrepreneur born in Silicon Valley, California, he is instrumental to the continued growth of Six Dimensions. Before launching Six Dimensions, Mr. Kang was a principal of Kang Management Group, a commercial real estate developer in Nevada. Prior to Kang Management Group, Mr. Kang was an engineer for 5 years with PeopleSoft (now Oracle Corporation), a multinational and multibillion dollar technology company. While at PeopleSoft, Mr. Kang managed some of the most complex Human Resources, Financial, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Performance Management software implementations for Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, Apple, AT&T, HP and many others.
Mr. Kang’s multi-faceted entrepreneurial background and opinion leadership has led to frequent interviews regarding the future of technology, business growth, and hiring insight with many publications. Mr. Kang is an active member of Inc. Business Owners Council (IBOC), Vistage, Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Alliance of CEOs, National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Key Executive Program, and UBS Elevating Entrepreneur’s Small Business Mentoring Program. Mr. Kang graduated from The University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics.
Executive Vice President
Matthew is managing partner for Six Dimensions responsible for ensuring overall revenue and margin growth for the company, strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and operations. Prior to being named to his current position, Matthew was Vice President of Emerging Technologies and in 2011 spearheaded the CMS practice, implemented strategic growth initiatives, led recruitment efforts, attracted customers, increased sales, and improved the company’s overall profitability. In collaboration with his team, Matthew launched 6D Labs in Cincinnati, Ohio, the company’s center of excellence focused on solution delivery and support for technology implementations. Matthew has over 20 years of experience in information technology and business development with Fortune 500 companies.
Corporate Development and Strategy
Gerard Casazza serves as Senior Analyst of Corporate Development and Strategy for Six Dimensions. In this role, he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate finance and strategy, and other related transactions.
Prior to joining Six Dimensions, Gerard worked as an M&A Analyst at a boutique strategic financial advisory firm, where he advised companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raises throughout various industries such as: technology, industrial, and professional services. Gerard has advised start-ups to public companies. He has also worked at Conde Nast and Deloitte. Gerard has a passion for start-ups, technology, entrepreneurship, and golf. Gerard graduated with honors from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Asset Management.
Vice President, Digital and Content Strategy
TJ Iaciofano is Vice President of Digital and Content Strategy for Six Dimensions with responsibility for leading both the CMS and Mobile App consulting practices along with 6D Labs. Previously, TJ was Director of the Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) practice. TJ’s team consists of solution delivery managers, technical architects, development leads, engineers, and subject matter experts. He is also responsible for the opening and managing of 6D Labs, the company’s center of excellence focused on solution delivery and support for technology implementations. TJ has over 13 years of experience in web and internet-based solution delivery as well as leading enterprise-level web-based content management systems. Prior to joining Six Dimensions in 2011, TJ held various leadership roles in web content management for higher education, commercial and the non-profit space.
Angelo G. Smith
Director of Sales and Client Account Management
Angelo brings 20 years of professional leadership and sales experience with F500 companies to support Six Dimensions’ Digital and Content Solutions group. Angelo is responsible for strategic partnerships, sales, and client account management for both the CMS and Mobile App consulting practices. Further, he is instrumental in supporting our 6D Labs, center of excellence, solution delivery services for clients and partners.
During his career, he has held several senior-level positions including, enterprise solutions architect, project manager and customer account executive. Prior to joining 6D, Angelo served as VP of Business Development and Account Services at Realistic Computing Inc., and Director of Client Accounts at Crown Partners. We are very proud to work with Angelo who served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army for over 12 years.
Practice Director, Mobile Applications
Alex Prevoteau is practice director of Six Dimensions, with responsibility for managing the Mobile App practice. Alex has led several successful mobile apps for Government and Enterprise over the years including apps used by the U.S. Army during wartime in Afghanistan, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid. Specializing in Mobile Application Development using Agile Methods, he has experience building teams, products and services with a diverse background that includes technical leadership (Java, Obj-C, Ruby, PHP), creative direction, business analysis, product strategy, interaction design, software development, quality assurance, and release planning. Prior to Six Dimensions, Alex led cross-functional teams in the production and deployment of several web and mobile applications for Fortune 500 clients at Crown Partners.
Vice President, IT Solutions/Sales
Melissa Jeska is Vice President of IT Solutions/Sales for Six Dimensions responsible for implementing the strategic sales plan, managing the sales team, and overseeing enterprise client relations. Melissa has over 19 years of national and international high tech, retail, wireless/telecommunications, consulting, and staff augmentation experience. Prior to joining Six Dimensions, Melissa held various business development and sales leadership roles for companies including Acrus, CCCI, AT&T, and Randstad where she significantly accelerated the revenue growth of several start up and Fortune 200 companies. Most recently, Melissa was Executive Vice President and Managing Partner for M9Solutions, a national strategic staffing firm focused exclusively on ERP and BI implementation within the Oracle and SAP platforms. Melissa is an active community volunteer and a member of Women in Technology and the Technology Association of Georgia.
Hilary Smith is director of marketing for Six Dimensions, responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities, both externally and internally. Hilary has over 17 years of marketing, advertising, branding, and communications experience working with B2B and B2C start-ups and Fortune 200 companies across various industries. Most recently, Hilary was director of Global Marketing Communications for Arrow Electronics, a global provider of products, services and solutions to users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions.
Eunice is director of finance for Six Dimensions. She is responsible for the company’s financial planning, record-keeping, and reporting. Eunice has over 15 years of accounting experience in preparing financial statements and monitoring daily cash flow for both small and large companies.
